Opening a customer account does not commit you to make purchases on our site, it simply allows you to access a personal space that will allow you in the future to track and manage all information related to your future orders, the consultation of your reductions, the memorization of your addresses of deliveries and invoices, your personal and contact information, etc ... It is an essential step before placing your first order on WEBBINZ.COM
Quick and easy registration
To place your first order, you must first register on WEBBINZ.COM. This procedure consists of informing the main information that will be used by our services during your next orders and does not commit you to make any purchases on our site.
Your contact address and the password that you will have defined during your registration will then be necessary to access your personal space during your next visits.
Once your registration is complete
Once your account is created, you can immediately make your first purchases on WEBBINZ.COM or simply continue your visit and browse through the different categories offered. During your next visit, you just have to fly over the button MY ACCOUNT open the secure access panel. Your email address and password will then be requested for authentication.
I- Delivery method
Delivery times are expressed from the date of shipment of your package by our services. Once your order is supported by the carrier (order status notified "Shipped" in your customer area), you receive a tracking number. You can then follow live, via the carrier's website, the routing of your package.
IMPORTANT TO KNOW:
When you receive the notification email informing you of the shipment of your order by our services, it may be that the tracking number of your package does not work immediately. It may take a few hours before this number is updated by the carrier.
If you notice a delay of your parcel (7 days after date of shipment), do not hesitate to contact us so that we can open an investigation and bring a solution as soon as possible.
The ordered product is delivered by the carrier that you have selected at the address on the order form. Your order is shipped within an average processing time of 24 / 48H depending on the order date. These deadlines can be exceptionally lengthened during periods of sales or promotional operations, but never exceed 48 / 72H. When shipping your order, a confirmation email is sent to you. The latter indicates the date of shipment of the package (departure from our warehouse) and the tracking number of the carrier package allowing you to track the progress of your package via the selected postal service.
The participation in the shipping costs is fixed: you only pay once the shipping costs per order, even if it contains several items. We only send cash on delivery only for Spain, and do not deliver to hotels, campsites, military bases or post office boxes. If inadvertently a parcel is sent to one of these places, our responsibility can not be held against any incident that may occur during its delivery.

Return an article
To return an item, complete the following steps within 14 days of the date of your order.
- Access your space MY ACCOUNT> MY ORDERS
- Choose the order concerned by clicking on: Edit a return slip (if the expired return period information appears on the right, it is no longer possible to return your item, please contact our customer service at: email@example.com.
- Select the item (s) concerned.
- Fill in the information concerning the processing of your return: have or refund. For any request to have, the delivery of your return package will be by our care and at our expense, unlike a refund request or we leave you the care at your expense to return your package.
- Follow the instructions given.
Attach the pre-printed return receipt to your package.
Thank you also to return the new items, in their original packaging, with their labels, under penalty of a refusal of your return.
We will refund within 14 days of the return date using the same method of payment as you used for the original transaction.

Very important ! Any anomaly concerning the articles (damage, missing article compared to the order form, damaged or open package, broken article, defective ...) must imperatively be indicated within 24 hours after delivery.
Order not delivered
For any complaint concerning the non-receipt of your parcel, we invite you to check at first, that your order is pronounced as Shipped. Check this information via your Personal Space (MY ACCOUNT> MY ORDERS) or pick up the email notifications sent by our services during the different stages of processing your order.
1. Your order is not mentioned as shipped for more than 5 days. In this case, contact our customer service by email: email@example.com
2. Your order is mentioned as Shipped for more than a week and you still have not received anything. In this case, first make sure that the delivery address you entered when placing your order, is good.
Also use the tracking number of your package (which was communicated to you by e-mail at the time of confirmation of shipment of your order). Your tracking number is also displayed in your Personal Area (MY ACCOUNT> My Orders).
