DELIVERY AND PAYMENT

For us, it is important that you are satisfied, so we try to be more precise, fast and reliable as possible from order to delivery. In fact, during all phases of the purchase process, you receive all the useful information about the delivery method, so that the service we offer is as complete as possible.

 

Delivery delay

The back office fills all orders, received from Monday to Friday, within 24/48 hours of purchase. It is the same for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or a holiday: they will be processed within 24 / 48H of the first working day following the order.

 

Delivery times and fees

Shipping rates are calculated at the time of order based on the weight and volume of the package and the courier service you want to use for the delivery of the goods.

 

We use the main European couriers, and you can choose it during the purchase phase according to your needs. You can choose from the courier service with delivery in 24h, until within 3/5 working days.

 

Once you have chosen the courier service, you will see the cost of shipping directly into the final phase of the order.

 

 

 

Any package leaving our warehouses is no longer under our responsibility, following the delivery method that you have previously selected during the validation of your order, we confirm that only the carrier will be responsible for any delay or loss of the package.

 

Very important! Any anomaly concerning the articles (damage, missing article compared to the order form, damaged or open package, broken article, defective ...) must imperatively be indicated within 24 hours after the delivery.

All our packages leave the deposit with the packaging in perfect condition.

 

At the time of delivery by the carrier, you must check that the number of packages corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document and that the packaging is intact and undamaged and in any case complies with the standard features of a package .

 

Any damage must be immediately notified to the carrier, by putting next to your signature the wording "inspection reserve of the goods" or "damaged".

 

This label allows you to check the goods even later, because the courier does not allow you to open the package before signing.

 

We can not accept claims if your signature appears on the delivery note without any dispute or other notification.
